“Move Your Body” adds a dash of energy for your weekend getaway. Meant for those who find fulfilment in movement and in the flow of energy, it includes activities as diverse as Tai Chi, Awareness Through the Body, Brazilian Capoeira, Argentine Tango, beach surfing, along with a forest walk coupled with star gazing – all under the guidance of international practioners. Practiced regularly, these can help you energize your body, stay fit and maintain a positive attitude to life. Prior experience of any of these activities is not necessary. (Surfing is optional and needs knowledge of swimming).
